SHIPPING POLICY

GIOZURO SIA, operating as VOCINIO ("we" and "us"), is the operator of vocinio.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website you agree to the terms below.

1. General Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but occasionally there may be a discrepancy. In this instance, we will fulfill available items and contact you to confirm whether you prefer to await restocking or receive a refund.

2. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. The shipping cost shown at checkout is the final price. All prices displayed on the website include VAT where applicable for EU orders.

3. Returns & Refunds

3.1 Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at vociniobusiness@gmail.com before the withdrawal period expires.

Upon withdrawal:

  • We will refund the full value of the goods and the standard delivery cost to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • Items must be returned unused and in original packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
  • We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods.

3.2 Returns — Change of Mind (Non-EU) We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided items are unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the value of goods. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.

3.3 Warranty & Defective Items If you are an EU consumer, you benefit from a mandatory 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law. If your item is defective or does not conform to the contract, contact us at vociniobusiness@gmail.com. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as required by law. You will not be required to pre-pay return shipping for defective items.

For non-EU customers, warranty claims must be submitted within 90 days of receipt. Upon a valid claim, we will offer a refund, store credit, or replacement (subject to stock availability).

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays outside our control.

4.2 Dispatch Time Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment. Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday during standard business hours, excluding national public holidays.

4.3 Change of Delivery Address We can update your delivery address at any time before dispatch. Contact us immediately at vociniobusiness@gmail.com.

4.4 P.O. Box Shipping We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier delivery is not available to P.O. boxes.

4.5 Items Out of Stock If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch available items immediately and ship remaining items once restocked, or offer a refund for the unavailable items.

4.6 Delivery Time Exceeded If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

5. Tracking You will receive a tracking link by email upon dispatch to follow your shipment's progress.

6. Damaged Parcels If your parcel arrives damaged, please reject delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If delivered in your absence, contact us with photos of the damage. We will arrange a refund or replacement promptly.

7. Duties & Taxes All prices for EU orders include VAT. For orders shipped outside the EU, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility. If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the value of the goods only — original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Cancellations You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch. If your order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Returns policy above.

9. Insurance All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared with the carrier.

  • Damaged in transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the carrier completes their investigation.
  • Lost in transit: We will process a refund or replacement once the carrier deems the parcel lost.
